Hair color
Many factors are considered when determining if hair can manage hair color. We assess hair’s overall condition, frequency of salon visits, and desired hair color.

Hair color service completion depends on desired color, and service type. Minimal haircolor services such as grey coverage or, single process colors can be completed within 2hrs. Specialty haircolor services such as highlights, balayage, corrective color, and hi lift colors may take 3 to 8 hours for completion and multiple servicing.
We recommend sulfate free products as non sulfate free products swell cuticle allowing haircolor to escape hair shaft causing fading. Color safe products will prevent fading, provide penetrating humectants, proteins, and seal cuticle while promoting haircolor longevity.
Purple/ violet shampoo and conditioners provide temporary toning affects which remove unwanted yellow/ brassy hues from blonde to chestnut colored hair. Removal of such tones creates the illusion of brighter hair color.
Curl altering depends on desired hair color lightness, and hair texture type.
Toners can last 4 to 6 weeks. The frequency of shampooing, hair products, and sun activities effect longetivity.
Yes, but hair condition & haircolor type will be the determining factor. We advise to always utilize a protective barrier to prevent direct contact from salt water, chlorine & prolong UV ray exposure.
Extensions
Extension application using silicone coated metal bead to attach to hair.
Microlinks also known as individual sew in or braid-less weft method, uses track hair attached to weft, and secured to hair using micro beads.
With regular maintenance micro links can last 8 to 12 weeks.
Extension application using thin, lightweight tape wefts “sandwiched” together in with your own between. They require no additional materials or chemicals for application.
Tape ins can last 8-12 weeks, and are reusable up to three applications.
We recommend maintenance every two weeks to prolong longevity, and maintain the integrity of hair during install.
At the current moment we do not include hair with extension install. We recommended vendors for assists.
Extensions hair color is a drop off service. We provide a completion time frame of two weeks depending on desired hair color.
Natural Hair

Style longevity is dependent on hairstyle, environment, and home management. Most textured styles will last two to three weeks.
No. Hair properly prepped for thermal services will protect curl retention from being compromised. Thermal servicing includes hydrating and protein strengthening conditioners along with heat protectants. However, repetitive thermal styling will alter texture. For this reason we encourage our clients to alternate services between thermal, and non thermal styles.
We typically recommended trims every 4 to 6 weeks. Hair trimming timeframes will be reflective of daily manipulation, hair type, and maintenance.
Yes. Curl texture, and salon routine will determine the longevity of natural hair straight styling.
Silk Press & Silk Wrap are terms used when using a flat iron to straighten natural textured hair.
- Silk presses create more volume, but are more easily affected by environmental factors that may cause hair to swell.
- Silk Wrap creates a silky straight effect by flat ironing smaller sections, followed by wrapping of hair, and then placement under a hooded dryer five to ten minutes. This process creates the ultimate cuticle sealing effect making hair less likely to swell due to environmental factors.
Hydration Infusion treatment is recommended after every shampooing, and our Super Charge Protein Treatment is recommended once a month.
Co- washing method causes build up over time which prevents penetration of needed hair and scalp nutrients. In order for the hair’s ability to absorb nutrients properly, hair must be clarified to remove build up caused by co washing.
Also known as a “Smoothing Treatment” or “Brazilian Blowout”, is texture altering treatment that temporarily reconstructs the bonds together with keratin which is protein found in hair. This creates a sleek and smoother look that can last three to twelves months eliminating frizz, and creating high shine.
Relaxed Hair
“Naked” Essations Honey blended professional relaxer system infused with lanolin and aloe to naturally moisturize and strengthen hair.
No. Relaxers are safe with proper application, and professional products.
Retouch application routine can range from four to twelve weeks.
- Shorter hair such as pixie cuts receives relaxers every three to six weeks.
- Long hair receives relaxer retouch can range from every six to twelve weeks.
Trims are recommend every six to eight weeks for relaxed hair. Trimming routine typically coincides with full relaxer application.
Partial relaxer (spot relaxer) is the relaxing of the exterior of hair. Service is most common for pixie short haircuts. Partial relaxers are often completed in three to four weeks before next full relaxer application.
Yes. Our professional hairstylist will determine if hair is compatible for dual chemical services.
Relaxer application applied to natural hair, or hair that hasn’t received a relaxer in more than three months.
Scheduling
Consultations are required for specialty services only, but if you would like to consult with your hairstylist prior to service you may schedule consultation.
Yes, to utilize our online booking system a credit on file is required. We only authorize charges to card on file to render late cancellation or no show fee.
