We are a TEAM with education at the forefront of our core values. Photo Ready Salon cultivates an enriching atmosphere to flourish through motivation and education. We believe in enhancing talents by encouraging individuals’ creative expression. Hairstylists new to Photo Ready Salon receive one-on-one hands-on training while assisting and shadowing our elite Master Hairstylists. During skill development, signature Photo Ready Salon techniques are perfected. We promote the concept of continued education by requiring our hairstylists to attend monthly training sessions. We consider the employees of Photo Ready Salon our most valuable resources.

Requirements
- Valid State of Texas Cosmetologist or Barber License
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
